Yeah, doesn't seems like there's anything terrible with it.

Neither an i3 nor Volta are good upgrades for your current system. Also, to upgrade to Coffee Lake, you'd need a new motherboard.

Considering that you'd have to buy a new motherboard, no it's not worth it.

The CPU you have is fine, especially for that GPU. Just rock what you have for now.

if it's similarly priced to the i3 8100 + H310 mobo then you're better off going coffeelake anyways.

Still not worth it. The chip you have does pretty well in games, especially pared with such a low end GPU.
