Log onto your router, go to the port forwarding section (RTFM) and open ports 80 and 443 to your laptop's IP address. Make sure your laptop has a static IP or your website will go down when the DHCP lease runs out. Also make sure you actually own a domain name and have an SSL certificate as that's required nowadays or else your website will be flagged as unsafe.
