I want to publish my website from my laptop..So how to do port forwarding...?

You need to set it up in your router, the specifics depend on what router you use.

Log onto your router, go to the port forwarding section (RTFM) and open ports 80 and 443 to your laptop's IP address. Make sure your laptop has a static IP or your website will go down when the DHCP lease runs out. Also make sure you actually own a domain name and have an SSL certificate as that's required nowadays or else your website will be flagged as unsafe.
