Screen for Retropie AIO in a tiny TV/Radio

I have been wanting to make a retropie for awhile now, and I happened to find this cool little tv/radio collecting dust in my house. I think it would be awesome if I could turn it into a mini AIO console! I'm having trouble finding a 5" 4:3 screen to replace the one in the TV. I can't seem to find one anywhere. If they don't exist what would be a good substitute for such a project? I would also like to know how difficult it would be to have the front controls and IO work for the system (power switch, volume, and headphone jack)?

Look for backup camera displays. I'm sure you can find something close enough, but they almost always use composite video, so plan on that.
