USD $400-$450.
I guess it depends on your local PC market and how many people are buying used systems.

Also, a Z170 board isn't compatible with a i5 4460 and DDR3? Are you sure that is the model of your motherboard?

CPU: Intel i7 6700k  | Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 5 | RAM: 2x16GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX | GPU: Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080ti | PSU: Corsair RM750x (2018) | Case: BeQuiet SilentBase 800 | Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 eSports | SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500GB + Samsung 840 500GB + Crucial MX500 2TB | Monitor: Acer Predator XB271HU + Samsung BX2450

It depends. How much effort are you willing to put into making it look good?

Presentation can drive up the price, as it shows you took pride in what you used and took care of it.

But the parts altogether are most likely worth 400-500 USD.

i5 4460 $100

GTX 760 $60

Seagate HDD $30

Corsair Cooler $60

Case $20

Motherboard $50

RAM $60

PSU $20

That all adds up to 400 Dollars. With good presentation and such I would recommend marking it up to 500 USD at most and negotiating down from there with people, but don't go below 400 dollars IMO.

(I just popped open eBay for these prices and found roughly the average price of each part).

Who needs fancy graphics and high resolutions when you can get a 60 FPS frame rate on iGPUs?

Id say USD My Opinion is it would sell for $400 maybe list at 450  ( But with used markets its sometimes location dependent. i could see $350-500 depending on how fast you want to sell it also)

Microcenter by me has Prebuilt with the following for $600-650 depending on the week. Granted you have 8gb of ram Its new and Faster GPU and CPU  Id personally take 30% off ish for used. puts it around $420

I5 7500

GTX 1050TI

8gb ram

1tb Hard drive
