Ryzen RAM speed

Hello I have a r7 1700 at 3.6Ghz and 2x8GB (16GB in total) 2133 Mhz(maybe c15, i dont remember) ram and a gtx 1070

So the question is like so: How big of a difference would 2933Mhz ram make in performance compared to the 2133?

Note: I have an itx board, so dual ( or quad  channel) channel isnt possible due to only 2 ram holes.

 

I don't want answers like massive performance, more like a percentage or some info etc.

How many fps would i gain in games, and does it help also in rendering a video etc?

 

Also holy crap, 16gb of ddr4 costs 200 now, when i got my 16 it was only 120euro.

So is it worth forking out all that cash to replace my ram

Too many variables to give the answer your looking for but I can tell you by experience that it makes a big difference from 2133 to 3200 if I remember correctly in cinebench my score went up somewhere around 200 points first generation Ryzen runs better with the higher ram speed now is it worth upgrading that depends on how deep your pockets are
