Can we actually use 2nd generation ryzen on b350 motherboard

is AMD new 2nd generation ryzen CPU is applicable on b350 motherboard?
Cuz I don't want to change my motherboard and I also want to use APU because of GPU price in the market plus its performance is much higher than the previous generation.

Yes, with a BIOS update. Don't know where you get the idea that the performance of Ryzen 2 is 'much higher', it's an incremental improvement and I would only upgrade from a Ryzen 5 to a Ryzen 7 for instance.

Does you mum know you're here?

If you were to buy a B350 together with a "2nd gen" R2600 for example. would that result in any complications with the BIOS update or is it just fine?

So what I'm thinking is whether or not I should hold off until Ryzen 2. They should be compatible with b350 mobos, yeah? I have a Ryzen 5 2400g right now, but I was able to score a gtx1060 after buying the APU. I have the spare cash, should I go out and grab a R5 2600/x, or should I hold out for R2. What am I really getting if I hold out? With my luck I always buy into something before the new obvious hotness comes out.
