As much as I can see you probs want to upgrade that CPU....

I would go for either a AMD Ryzen 3 or 5, along with a new Mobo and RAM. I would keep the R7 for a while and save up until the GPU market cools down much more. I'll whip a build up on PCPartPicker

I can't help if you don't quote me. How am I supposed to know if you need my premium support? Now starting at £399.99 a year.

Dont you think R7 250 would make a bottleneck?

Yes, but upgrading for $600 with a new CPU and GPU, right now at least, isnt going to get you much more than what you have. By the time you have saved another $400-600 you will probably be able to get a brilliant deal on GPUs

While this is a good build, it will really depend on what OP will do with it. A Ryzen 5 1600, with the stock cooler and a GTX 1050 (or Ti, preferably with 4GB VRAM) might be a better option.

1050's are still way overpriced. For MSRP that would be the config I would reccomend, but with the current GPU climate....

Through OP (@Vucko) You may want to go for the Ryzen 5, and a second hand GPU. Your luck is much worse right now in getting a working GPU with the flooding of old mining GPU's on the market, but there are some good deals out there. That might be a port of call.
