Asus Z270 Mark 1 DRAM & CPU lights

2 weeks ago, my D5 Pump was malfunctioning it would randomly stop working therefore causing my CPU temps to sky rocket while gaming, to the point of almost melting the tubes, I never managed to check the temps because I immediately turned off my PC, however it would normally work again when I rebooted the PC, however the last time it happened it didn't, so I decided to buy a new loop, skip foward to today the new loop is installed, however I'm getting no signal on monitor and Red CPU light and Amber DRAM light alternating, I've never had this problem before.

 

I've changed the PSU and installed a new loop, nothing else has changed, I've not even touched the motherboard since it happened, I think the malfunctioned pump fried my CPU and motherboard, I've read up a lot on this issue and troubleshooted answers but nothings worked.

 

Edit: I've managed to get rid of the CPU light by removing the motherboard and booting it up outside the case and re-seating the CPU, however the DRAM light is still showing and no signal on monitot.
