so does anyone know how to check on how much mHz my CPU is running while I’m gaming?

And can someone explain what CPU Usage is exactly?

use task manager on windows it shows your cpu speed and it shows the usage of the cpu

cpu usage... how much each core of the cpu is busy doing stuff for various processes (applications) running at that moment
