Corsair Scimitar Mouse has to be reconnected on almost every boot.

Pretty much title but here's a bit more detail.

I have a factory refurbished Scimitar that I go a few months ago.  It's been really good and was a substantial upgrade from my Redragon Perdition.

In the few weeks I regularly have to unplug and replug in the USB for the mouse for it to be recognised.  Otherwise the mouse isn't lit up at all and doesn't work.

Anyone know why this could be? Or should I just reach out to Corsair for replacement?

Cheers!

Mine does that every now and then as well. I think its a firmware issue to be honest. I have actually switched to my Logitech G602 personally partly for that reason.

Huh, glad I am not the only one.

It's really not the worst thing in the world, but as my PC is actually under my desk, it's a bit of a faff to get to.

Sadly I don't have another good mouse to use.  The Perdition is my editing mouse at work (buttons = shortcuts!).   I only picked this mouse for it's buttons too - fairly regularly play WoW.
