URGENT : Computer won't boot to windows

When I start up my pc, it boots the gigabyte bios/UEFI screen. It tells you multiple different keys to get to the bios or qflash, but when I press it nothing happens, and my peripherals are still plugged in. I cant open up my rig to do much stuff, i dont have the tools with me. Help! Rig info in profile

In case anyone doesn't want to go to the profile to see specs:

Quote

CPU

Ryzen 3 1300X @3.9GHZ

Motherboard

Gigabyte GAMING AB350M - Rev3

RAM

2 sticks 8gb ddr4 2666 Ripjaws V

GPU

GTX 1060 O6G Dual OC ASUS @1849mhz

Case

Deepcool Tesseract SW

Storage

WD Blue 1tb 7200RPM

PSU

Corsair CX450W

Keyboard

EagleTec K10 Black RGB

Mouse

Corsair Harpoon RGB

Operating System

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

I would start by removing parts until you're at the bare minimum for the computer to boot at all. So GPU, CPU, motherboard, 1 RAM stick, and PSU.

I don't know if I can do that, I don't have the skill, tools, or time.

Did you build this computer yourself? If so, then you have the skills. Tools are next to nothing, you barely need them. It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes

I was just about to start taking it apart, but I decided to turn the PSU off and unplug it from the wall. I left it for 10 minutes, and when I powered it back on, everything was ok. I love it when problems solve themselves. But thanks for the advice anyways.
