4:3 resolution gaming on 16:9 screen

its dependant on ur scaling settings, u can set scaling to aspect ratio so it retains the aspect ratio just fine, ( black borders on sides ) u can  also set it to NO scaling, if u would play 640x480 it would mean the screen would be tiny af on a fullhd screen

 

and fullscreen scaling ( stretching )

Will black borders appear on the screen when I would play games like Assassin's creed 3 and Serious SAM which don't stretch out on 4:3 resolution on a 16:9 screen?( Of course on full-screen)

Yes, there will be black bars at the sides.
