It seems like you will be using the Vega graphics on the 2200G in which case you should go for faster ram in a 2X4GB config you'll gain around 30% by just doing this other than that it's pretty good. You don't even have to buy Windows if you don't mind having a locked wallpaper and a watermark in the corner 

Edit: Get an SSD as well

Use any other computer, download from Microsoft a Windows 10 ISO, use their tool to install onto a USB, install into your computer, type in the key.
