There is a bundle for Intel Core i3-7100 and Gigabyte GA-B250M-DS3H LGA 1151 mATX at Micro Center at my location, would that be a fair replacement for slightly less than what you listed?

Also, assuming these builds use integrated graphics? Only PCs I've ever built have GPU, not required for what I am looking to do with this PC?

Yes, get the CPU/motherboard combo at Micro Center, those deals are the best.

These builds do use integrated graphics, based off of what you're going to use it for, I didn't see a need for a dGPU.

Not a bad build, but to be fair, I don't see a general use office PC like this needing more than 8.

8?  I had to survive for 5 years with 2 gigs, and even then, the only RAM problem I ever ran into was Minecraft chewing through it.

Depends what they're doing in Excel; large files can eat up quite a bit of RAM.

"Office work" is pretty vague.

The psu is actually a touch more expensive than the semi-modular version. In small office builds I prefer non-modular as it means no cables go missing.
