Any thoughts on this build?

So I my friend needed some help balancing his parts, he has a budget of around 1000-1100CHF so I put this together for him, any thoughts? (please keep in mind that not everything is available and costs the same here)

He'll be using the computer for gaming, the build he put together had like a 4770k and a gtx 650, so i think this is a bit better :P

The motherboard could be better, but it's okay.

Yeah I don't have much to choose from, but he's only running like 2 drives, 1 graphics card and he's probably not going to overclock, so I think it should be fine.

Great price/performance. Like @TheSLSAMG said, the motherboard could be better, but it's a good build
