hi planning a new build, will it run games at 60fps and some 1080p video editing

Motherboard isn't compatible. RAM isn't compatible, and little. PSU is crappy.

You need a 300 series motherboard.

You need DDR4.

You also need 8gb to even consider what you are going to do nowadays.

Psu is bad and should not be use.
