Do I have a virus?

Seriously tho, I am so confused by this. I have googled it, and you always get the exact same set of instructions to fix it, but the instructions are basically dumb... and almost seem fake. I installed facebook messenger, and chrome just opened up to this page: https://fbcdn-photos-b-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/hellocdn.html?v=1

Now, stupid part is, my brother totally has that same page start up when his PC turns on, and I was planning on just reformatting his PC, but now if I somehow got it too... how... It just started happening to him, and just now started to me. We don't share files, well we haven't since this started.

 

Is this even of concern? If it is, I guess my weekend will be spent reformatting two PC's and reintalling everything needed :/

Try running a scan with MalwareBytes. I don't use Facebook so I'm not sure if it is a virus or not. 

think it will help? and i always tend to think programs like that are just malware in themself... lol. you trust em?

Should I use CCleaner registry option? I scanned it and it found a bunch of issues, but messing with registry sketches me out.

But my bro had some issue with chrome... it had installed an extension to chrome, and a plugin too... go google how to see those, I am on mobile, ffs takes too long to type.
