Hey again

I've decided to go with ryzen since I'd like to keep my pc for 2 years rather than 5 , my first build will be used for a mix of tasks such as Linux , bit of a programming , cpu intensive games like Civ6 and ashes of the singularity and some virtualisation (Id like to learn cybersecurity ) . Now my only concern is if my dad allows me to buy a next gen gpu (2060 I think) will the rest of the build hold up in cpu intensive games at 1080p 60fps ultra ?

Here's my build and thanks in advance guys you are the best

Next gen GPU's are still all rumours, im sure by then there will be many more options and im sure this build would still hold up playing the games that you want to play.

Plus, you said you might only keep this build for two years, i mean personally i dont think they will release anything anytime soon.

Just build the PC for what you want now, and upgrade later down the line if you really have to. But im sure there wont be much need to upgrade it within 2 years

Good all around build.  Make sure the RAM is on the list for Ryzen so you can get the full 3200 out of it.  Other than that I think it looks good and should meet your 2 year goal if you stick to 1080p.

Got rid of some overpriced stuff.

The PC will probably last 3-4 years, even at mid range.

Thanks guys also do you know any good black air coolers since my dad told me that water cooling is suboptimal for my ryzen and I should get a better air one?

That water cooler isn't the greatest, but it's wrong to say water cooling in general is suboptimal. It's simply not true.

I'd see if the DarkRock Pro 4 is out yet.
