Where are my game codes!?

I have recently purchased a 780 classified (ACX) from NCIX (Canada). It said it would come with game codes for Assassins Creed 4, Splinter Cell Blacklist, and Batman Arkham Origins, they did not come on a physical object or in an email (it has been almost a week since pickup). What can I do? Am I missing something? Ps. The receipt said that it included the codes.

 

 

Update: The email came in but just very late! I have the codes now!

Typically you get an email. If not, send a ticket to NCIX to let them know.

Basically NCIX's term for sending them a message via their website.
