A few things to note:

 

1. This is an unbalanced config. 20 CPU cores and just 32GB RAM is a bit weird.

2. I'm not seeing a GPU. This board doesn't have onboard video ;) 

 

What kind of rendering will you be doing? 3D modeling? Video rendering as in editing and exporting 4K footage and After Effects stuff? Which software are you going to use? If you're looking to use Premiere, just an FYI, using more than about 8 cores is basically a waste as Premiere stops scaling around 8 cores.

Also, these Xeons are last gen. I'd recommend looking beyond PCpartpicker as they don't have the newer LGA3467 Xeon Scalable chips yet. They're quite a bit faster than the older Broadwell-EP chips you've selected.

Going to be using Blender and upgrading the ram later down the track plus going to be using a old GTX 760
