Used Vega 56?

I am currently thinking of buying the reference RX Vega 56 due to how it fits my black-and-red themed PC. Do you think it is wise of me to buy a used Vega 56 (used for 4~5 months) right now for about 570 US dollars? Or should I just wait for GPU prices to drop? 

I was thinking of buying a used one because the prices of the new ones are around 1300 US dollars right now in South Korea.

Currently using Intel's integrated graphics.
