Farcry 5 Bugs

I've been playing farcry 5 the past few days, at first I was amazed how well it ran, for how good it looks, even 720p all low settings, on my low end living room pc, an i5 2400, and a gt 1030, but then I noticed over long play periods the fps would drop from 40-60fps, to 24 or lower. sometimes it would soft crash. also when going from map/pause screen back to game the lighting would be super bright and messed up for 10 seconds or so. and flying a helicopter/plane on my living room pc just straight up causes a hard crash.

 

so I started streaming from my i7-5930k with 2x 1080ti's, it ran fine but over long play times it did the same thing, it would slowly lower the fps, only it started hard crashing. so I started playing it actually on the i7 build instead of in home streaming, and it does the same thing, I've monitored temps, both 1080ti's are being used, 1 is at 90% and 2 is at about 60%, temps don't reach over 50c, my processor is staying around the mid 50's c, and only about 40% useage. all the same problems are happening. except for the flying thing, which I understand. now its just becoming frustrating, the farther north on the map I go the more frequent the hard crashes are. just wondering if anyone else is playing farcry 5 and experiencing these problems

yeah everythings up to date. drivers, windows, steam, uplay, and the game.

I have seen people that install the game on a hdd can get lag and it helps put it on a ssd.

 

Is the game installed on a regular hdd in your two pc's or a ssd on any of them?
