PC Peripherals Shutting Off

So when I'm playing something, my mouse, keyboard, headset, and monitor turn off while the PC's lights and fans stay on and the only way to be able to use it again is by holding down the power button or unplugging it. It has also happened while playing Killing Floor 2, Paladins and Vanquish. I also opened a bunch of Chrome tabs and that caused it too.

RX 580 4GB

Asus Prime B-350M-A

8GB Memory

EVGA 500 Bronze

Windows 10 64-bit

 

PC is less than 3 months old.
