System not powering on????

usually its going to be something is not plugged in properly.

 

& 750watts should be more than enough power for that system.

Okay, so just installed the following

Asus Strix Z-270e Motherboard
Intel Core i5-7600k
DDR4 16gb (slots 2/4)
gtx 1070 
Corsair 750W PSU

Here's the story - I was using this hardware earlier tonight. I replaced this hardware with a new Motherboard and a new i7 8600k. 
This hardware was reinstalled into my roomates chassis. The only thing that changed between my rig and his was the CPU cooler and the RAM. I used corsair, he's using ripjaws.
LED indicators are as follows:
PWR_LED = red

BOOT_LED = off
VGA_LED = off
DRAM_LED = orange
CPU_LED = off

I have unplugged the 1070 and removed it from the case completely in case there was a power issue. This did not resolve the problem. 

Any help would be very much appreciated.

it's the Corsair CX750M I believe is the model. 750 is probably even overkill for this setup honestly. I just thought maybe the PSU might not be putting out enough. 

 

I reseated the 20pin motherboard and 8pin cpu connectors and still nothing.

Good call. Memory was not seated 100%. Checked it as soon as I got home and fixed it. Thanks for the help!
