CPU Dan speed error detected

I've been troubleshooting with a new temporary cooler while I get a replacement for my main one. I keep getting this error message. I can enter the bios, but I don't know how to fix it, all 3 of my fans are connected on the motherboard and only two of them are spinning. The one that isn't spinning I think only spins if it gets too hot, but my CPU is at 50 C right now.

If the fans are spinning on the CPU i’d just disable the error in the bios. Had to do that with a build and the fans were working fine regardless.

If the cooler is working right just go in the bios and disable the stop on error option.

I can't find that, how would I do it?

normally there is a option to stop if fain failure, check your manual varies depending on board.

This error appears when there's no fan rpm signal detected on the cpu fan header.

The setting to turn it off should be in the Boot tab.

I got to fan monitoring in the bios and lower the cpu fan speed warning speed. That way I can keep the warning on incase it drops too low.
