GTX 780 Graphical Problem

I have attached two images showing the problem in question. It first occurred when playing CS:GO and now happens every time I launch my computer. I assume that it is an issue with the GPU and I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• Turning it off and on again
• Update GPU driver
• Uninstall GPU driver and install an older one
• Different PCI-E slot
• Lowering the clock speed
• Increasing the voltage
• Higher fan speed
• Clearing the GPU of dust
• Different RAM

From what I understand my only option at this point is to buy a new graphics card, but with the current state of the GPU market and the current state of my bank account I am reluctant to do so. Please let me know if there is anything which is likely to fix it (or if what I am doing is completely wrong).

Bake the crap out of it and if it still don't work, unlucky.
