Windows 10 Install and Drive Identification Question

Revan654

It been ages since I actually installed Windows onto a drive. My question/issue is I have two M.2 drives a Pro and a Evo both 1TB each. Is there a way to tell them apart in the Windows 10 install menu? There both fresh drives. I want to make sure I'm installing the OS to the right drive.

Current Build: Project Frost
Gaming Rig Build: Project Ice Dragon

You can try going into BIOS and disabling one of them. Or physically remove a drive. Or find out which one is drive 0 and which is drive 1 via BIOS. But that's about all you can do I believe

print "Hello World!" ("Hello World!")

Just remove the drives that will be used as storage.

Yes you can see picture below, actually that was a good question had to startup a virtual machine to check it. You can tell the difference between the drives by just looking at the size showed. (Drives at picture got both same size though) Still recommended to just disconnect 1 drive temporarely to rule out any mistakes.

Can't be done, There installed in a waterblock. I will try to disable it in the Bios when the time comes.
