So I'm planning on getting the NZXT Kraken X62 (yes i know this is in the air cooling section just bear with me) and I also have a GTX 1080 (gigabyte not blower style) and I need to know if only having one 120mm Noctua S12 A as exhaust will be enough since I'll only be pushing air from the front in with the rad and some heat coming from my GPU.

yeah, it is, in fact, a good thing. a couple fans with a rad as intake and a straight up airflow fan as exhaust should result in slightly positive pressure, usually considered the ideal setup.
