Is a score of 1380 stock i7 8700k on CinebenchR15 normal? Only have XMP enabled and MCA enabled as well on Asus Z370E motherboard

Good luck trying to reach those clocks on intel toothpaste. You need delidding to reach it.

BS.  Plenty of people running 4.8GHz @ ~1.25 volts not delidded under AIO or High-end air without temp issues.

lol no.. just no. If your goal is to reach 4.9-5.0 ghz is perfectly possible to do without delid, you only need a good aio
