The build is very good and indeed you could easily overclock the CPU, using the motherboard you have.

hell no, buy an 8600k. even if it's $50 more, kaby lake is a dead platform

Why are you buying Kaby Lake and a presumably overpriced GTX 1050ti?

I would highly suggest you buy a Ryzen APU system and save the rest of your money for next generation GPUs coming soonish.

You should also get a case that has airflow

It isn't worth to invest in old hardare when u can get newer hardware at similar price
