Recently i came  across a website which i really liked but being a startup learner in programming I didnot not know it was made using which language and where can I learn it

I believe it is all being done with javascript.

In any case, you might find this program to be helpful

It downloads entire websites into their respective files, so you can tear into them and figure out how they are made
