Overclocking benchmark

What the best benchmark that runs in a window that i can use to overclock my GPU?

because i dont want to use 3Dmark because it takes forever to load and forever to switch to desktop.

Cinebench: https://www.maxon.net/en/products/cinebench/

Both of these are good benchmarking software I have used. I have no complaints with these. Good luck!
