GTX 1070 Overclocking Limit

Been playing around trying to overclock my system, but I am really starting to think that I might have a psu issue or limit. It's a V650 from Cooler Master and all I can get out of my GTX 1070 is this:

From the videos I have seen online I know that this card can go way faster, but, this is all I am getting out of her. I go pass 160 on the core, crash or hangs, 150 it just jumps around from low to high power limit resulting in a bit choppy gameplay, 140 stable.

Use the voltage/frequency graph. Click on the bar chart logo next to the 'core clock'. Basically, you have to set the card to run at a lower voltage at all speeds to reduce power draw and prevent power throttling.

Pascal hits a limit around 2100mhz anyways, so you're pretty much at the peak for air cooling.

You could try to get a 150% power limit in different software, or do a Volt Mod to get more current.

Um, it isn't air. Its in a custom loop with a 120mm and 360mm..

Either way, Average for water is 2079
