On a standard laptop? Not much more than that, maybe the keyboard and optical drive.

On some laptops you can replace/upgrade/add another GPU if the laptop supports two GPUs and also upgrade the CPU sometimes as well, but you won't find this ability on most standard laptops.

Those temps sound about right. See if there is any dust in the cooler and clean that out if they bother you

You could replace the thermal compound, but you'll have to open the laptop up and see if you can replace the fans at all or even be able to take off the coolers themselves. Again some laptops allow this and others don't.

Open your laptop up and see what you can tinker with. You should only need a philips screwdriver, just be careful and do not rush it, make mental notes or take pictures of how things are installed so you can reference later when putting it back together.

On most of them, the CPU, RAM and HDD can be upgraded, and the GPU most of the time OC, change the termal compound, and every 6 months clean the blower fan completely, after a year, mine had 2 cm of dust built in there, once cleaned i had a 20 degrees celsius improvement, good luck, also this may void your warranty.
