Audio interface

Hey guys I am looking for an audio interface. It shouldn't cost more than 60 dollars. If you know one with an integrated oscilloscope it would be great of you to recommend me some of them. The ones with the oscilloscopes can cost up to 100 dollars.

I suppose I have to give some information about my setup i forgot to do that. I have the Sivga SV007 headphones an the Neewer NW-800 Mic. The Mic needs 48V phantom power which is one of the reasons i want to purchase an audio interface. I am not an Audio phile but I still like to listen to music a lot.

Integrated occiloscope? Not sure you have the right word. Never seen an audio interface with an occiloscope.
