Hello! Recently bought a Powercolor Devil R9 270x for around $75. I have an FSP Hexa 500 PSU and when I connected the card to my PC, it wont boot. The fans spin but does not output to my display. Any help?

P.S. The card is 180W so I guess my PSU is enough? (17A Dual 12V rail = 34A combined)

Many GPUs can at any given time, fail...... to use a specific display output but work fine on others...

AKA, my HDMI output borked itself, don't know how,... always a black screen on either of my two monitors trying independently to run them, so with this being an issue, it no longer boots anything when using HDMI outputs.

Checked cables and all that first.... but HDMI is gone,...& Displayport+ DVI together or seperate, have both/either of  my screens working fine...

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Have you got multiple outputs on your display that you can use a different output on your GPU.

Switching HDMI to DVI/DP or vise versa.

Don't worry about your power output. I used to own an R9 270x from MSI back when I had a 400 watt power supply paired with 2 HDDs and a 4th gen I7. It should run fine.

Try cleaning the card too. I had issues with my card as well, but they went away after a while.
