i7 7700k Motherboard Suggestion

For very heavy overclocking, go for the asus rog maximus ix hero.

Yeah what's the build for? Gaming etc?

 

I have an ASUS Z270G because it seemed like the best bang for buck, had included wifi honestly that was its main selling point along with everything else.

gaming only, i dont bother about wifi, got the ethernet cable going into the PC

Yep fair enough.

 

What features do you want? Why these guys? During my search (I'm in Australia so prices are all over the shop) didn't seem to really gain me anything for spending more than $300... Using a 1080ti, I mean, you just need 1 16x slot right?

I used the Z270-A and was able to get modest over locks with the 7700k. If you’re not into any extreme over locking or pushing limits, it’s a decent board.

it's all for 140$ in georgia atm , its georgian gel :P all of them cost 140$ only m7 costs 150$
