Completely fine. You may not get video unless there’s an iGPU.

No you can use your computer without your gpu as long as you have some sort of display adaptor like integrated graphics.

Don’t need anything in it to run really. Start mine with out each component minus board and psu. 

 

Dont need a gpu for anything if the board and cpu are decent and you plan on actually using it.
