This is after an hour of trying to bleed my loop.

I am tilting my case like crazy, turning the pump on and off etc but it is not really helping that much. I also struggle to get air out of the top radiator.

Does anyone have some advice? Should I simply leave the pump on over the night and see if the situation improves?

Please help, I have spent so much time on this computer that I really just want to finish it. :((

Just give the pump some time to run. Most of the bubbles should clear out without you doing anything at all.

That's a relief to hear. I will check back on it in a few hours.

It will take longer than a few hours, for the microbubbles they can take a few days to a week to full remove themselves. Just give it time and check back to see if the fluid level has dropped, usually you will need to top off the res a little afterwards.

But will i need to wait for a few days to a week to start using the computer, or will it be fine when I no longer see any significant bubbles in my water blocks? I would obviously turn the computer off if I see any high temperatures.

No you can use it, as long as you don't have a massive pocket trapped those microbubbles will just take time to work out, you want to run the system so it slowly moves them over to the res.
