Simple animation software?

Looking for basic and simple animation software that can put simple animation on logos, texts, and animate simple shapes for a modern/flat look.

 

Video for example:

 

Something of this style. very basic and simple colors and shapes just bouncing around.

THIS IS MY SUPER TEENY TINY SIGNATURE!

Ain't it just the cutest little signature.

Some would argue it is the cutest little signature ever.

Hah... After effect is not simple...

I used to do things like this in Adobe Flash.

But when i'm lazy i just use Powtoon https://www.powtoon.com

POWTOON looks pretty cool, I'll have to give it a try, thanks for the suggestion!
