Worried about GPU temps...

I used to play witcher 3 at 40 FPS at almost High to Ultra settings at avg 35 fps on my GT 1030, at a temperature of 63C on an avg.

 

Its been a month and today i noticed that the temprature is touching 70 but the framerate is same like before.

 

On a website stress test results said that temp never exceeded 66 or 67. So whats wrong with mine. Should i get an extra fan, as my PC is working without any except the stock intel one on CPU and the inbuild GPU fan. Max thermal temps as provided by Nvidia are 97C.

 

My specs:

Intel G4560

Gigabyte Geforce GT 1030

8 gigs ddr4

Never want the maximum temps to get past 90C. Use 1 or more case fans for the PC. If that doesnt work, send the card back for repairs saying it overheats.

But mine just touched 70, should i call em for replacement?

70 is just fine. Does your GT1030 have a fan? If not, look at better case fans.

Its fine, Its a fair bit toasty compared to like my own MSI Aero ITX 1030 that rarely ever reaches 45C (Tbh the cooler on the thing is way too big for it) but its still normal. Dont worry too much about it until it reaches 80C

Just set an aggressive fan curve and see if it helps, or battery yet take out the card blow the dust out and put it back. No need to call for replacement

Its fine. Just add some airflow to your case and its gonna go down abit. Like put an exhaust and an intake.
