Yes to both. You use Asus Aura software

The mobo has an RGB connector that you can plug your fans into. Case provides a 3-way rgb splitter for the fans' color control that you can plug into the mobo connector. You then control with Asus Aura sync software. Will it be able to control the color of each fan individually? I don't know. What if you decide to add more RGB fans to the case? I don't know.

I don't work for Asus, any AIB/mobo manufacturer or related industry. I don't have RGB fans or a mobo that has RGB headers.

You cant control them individually if theyre all on the same header (similar to how a fan spliter would still make all the fans spin at the same speed) You'd need multiple motherboard RGB headers to control multiple "RGB zones"

Proprietary softwares like NZXT CAM and CORSAIR Link can actually detect individual components and control them individually. Asus is working on this feature but it's only available AFAIK on the addressable RGB strips (from Cablemod for example) and on certain motherboard platforms (z370 I believe)
