I can't HDD mine with this pile of garbage when it keeps crashing on me. I have my processor undervolted, but it's not even an extreme undervolt.

Isn't that horribly unprofitable?

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

I'm not sure what "HDD Mining" is, but if it's a way of getting extra drive space for free, please tell me more. As for why your "pile of garbage" is having reliability issues, we need more information than just a screenshot of the reliability monitor. Usually those red X's indicate Windows Blue Screening, which can happen due to unstable software drivers, faulty hardware, or overheating. If you have the Alienware 17 R4, I'd advise checking with Dell's support website to ensure your drivers are up-to-date, and/or doing a completely clean installation of Windows if you're still running the stock installation from the factory.

Also let us know: When did these crashes start happening? Can you game on it for extended periods of time? How do stress tests, such as prime95 run on the system? What temperatures does the hardware get up to when doing all of the above?

No, I already keep this PC on 24/7 and these hard drives would have no use for the fact that I’m not mining them. So technically, every cent is profit.

I always keep my drivers up to date, but I don’t want to reset, that takes ALOT of effort to restore everything. Temperatures are usually normal with undervolting, I can game for extended periods of time, but it literally was sitting in basically sleep mode and it just crashed.

You'd probably make more money just selling the hard drive.

Even undervolting by a little bit can cause instability and even doing 24 hour stress tests won't always show an issue. 0.01 volts can be the difference between stability and getting reliability monitor warnings like this so try reverting it back to stock and see if the issue goes away.
