Is my power supply broken?

I was on my computer watching YouTube when my computer lost power (not a PC to monitor or blackout problem) I saw it would not turn on again. I checked my outlet to Antec 650 watt PSU connectors which were fine. The switch was also fine. It flipped my power supply switch from ON to off back to on and then it booted up. An hour later, same problem. This time I care fully noted what was going on - power cables are fine, and PSU is still on!!!!. Same re-flip of the PSU and it finally booted up. Anyone recognize this pattern? What should I do?
