It's pretty obviously parody. They're making fun of the LTT video format.

 

That's totally cool, because parody/satire are two of the protected and legal exemptions under fair use.

 

And they're not even borrowing any footage, etc, for my understanding. He just says "Hey this is Linus Tech Tips".

 

Well considering LTT is a company, not a person, it's easy enough to tell this isn't really LTT/LMG.
