Looking for computer chairs

Was wanting to look into getting a higher end chair for my pc setup but have absolutely no clue which one to get, there seems to be a lot of brands such as vertagear and many more out there. What all do others recommend? Preferably something one can sit in for long periods of time without your ass aching.

but personally i avoid the fake leather chairs. mesh chairs are really nice for swamp ass

Bought this chair a few weeks ago. Its built well, with metal and stuff. Supports up to 500 pounds. Adjustable headrest, tilt and up and down like you would expect. Its kinda expensive, but comfort comes first.

I personally think DX Racer Chairs would be awesome and comfortable, plus they are high end I think...

Just dumped my shitty "racer" style chair and picked this up at Staples. LINK

 

Couldnt stand the back and hip pain from the terrible support on the race style chair. The Staples chair is pretty damn comfy.

Nope. I'd have to drive over 30 minutes away if I wanted to see if a Best Buy in my area has them. I think there's an office Depot but it's even further away.

 

And yeah, I don't really like leather / fake leather chairs

Yeah, I'm not into the whole racer style chairs, I think they're dumb af.

 

I'm really skinny and pretty much have a boney ass, so I have an issue where the average computer chair hurts to sit on for more than an hour. I do use a memory foam cushion that's helped out a lot but I think I wore it out after a few years cause now it's starting to hurt a lot more.

A good office chair is often better than an over priced 'gaming' chair, so good choice there. I would suggest checking out user reviews online to get a feel for what's best for your budget. Amazon has some good deals from time to time and Staples and other places will generally price match if they have the same chair.

Go for Herman Miller. Pricey but so worth it. Their quality, comfort and durability are top notch. I have one that's 17 years old and still in perfect condition. You can even find them used on ebay for half price.

these ones look like they'd be pretty nice to have. Think I've seen some youtubers that use them

I would stay away from “gaming” chairs, I got a maxnomic dominator and returned it immediately. It is very uncomfortable, I had back pain after sitting in it for only a few hours. Get an office chair.
