This is really a gtx 550ti and I want to scam the scammer by getting a refund after receiving this ''750 ti''. Do you think these are new or refurbished? Keep in mind the seller is from china so they might have had some spares in old warehouses. Why does used or new make a difference?

 

Also there a pain as there are driver problems.

 

But them seem like new board design using old chips(could be harvested from old cards)

The 550Ti is crap in 2018, so I wouldn't even waste my time on this.

Well I game on a budget laptop from 2010 which can't run gta 5 at 20 fps so anything is an upgrade for me.

Don't waste your money. Really, it's better to suffer for a while, and upgrade to something sensible in a couple of months.
