Hello I have a very weird issue with my psu it’s a decent tier one PSU but in one game it makes very strange noises that change pitch when I move around in game and it is only ONE game does not happen in stress tests or much better graphics games the game is car mechanic sim 2018 and I play much more graphically demanding games than this. I have put a sample of sound below I basically want to know 100percent if this is someth8ng to worry about or if I can damage my system this is a very very new build and cost me close to 2000 pounds I cannot afford to rebuild if this breaks things and it has me worried

Maybe I can explain a bit more

basically if I load game with no cars in shop it’s fine but minute I get a order and car spawns in garage and I look at cars the sound starts then the pitch of sound changes depending on where I’m looking on car

also even more confusing is if I load car mechanic sim first thing in morning as soon as pC is booted I can play for hours with no sound from PSU however if I close game then play another game for a hour or so the re launch car mechanic sim I get sound when looking at the car I was working on with no issues for four hours

thank you

lower pitched than coil whine so it sounds like a buzz. Probably the cables (espically the one that goes to the wall) isnt connected tight enough?

It connected properly to surge protector then wall socket could this be a issue? And would it really only show in one game

games draw more power, but not 750w, that PSU should not be making that sound at 50% load
