Depends which you want more. I'd go with a mechanical keyboard, but you'd need to test the different switches to see which one you'd like; there's really no amount of research that will give you your answer.
If you live in the US or Canada, check out the Reddit Hardware Swap for a decent deal on a graphics card; you should be able to pick up a GTX 980/Ti for around $350 or less. From there, grab new parts. I'd aim for at least an Intel i5 8400, 16GB of RAM, and depending on your budget, a large SSD or small SSD and HDD. Here's an example of a mostly new build. A little over budget, but decent:
