Hardware Problems

So I have this potato computer in the living room for like 7 years and suddenly the computer turns on and off by itself today as shown in the video. I knew it was a hardware problem so I tried to move the memory into different slot as I thought it would be a memory slot issue but that didn't help. Another problem is when it turns on, the BSOD appears. It was fatal system error c000021a. Any suggestion on how to fix this or do I need to throw this computer out of window?
